Usually has exactly what I am looking for.  Great, helpful and friendly staff.

Edit...stopped in to buy 2 not inflated balloons.  I waited in line to check out for 20 min. There were 4 people working the specialty balloon counter and one person ringing up customers.  I kept hearing the employees asking where another coworker was at but no one ever went to go find said coworker.

Called to place a balloon order. Lady who was helping was not friendly and did also hung up on me. I have been trying to call back for over 30 min. Worst customer service ever! Would not recommend!

It's a great place to find ANYTHING you need for ANY kind of party. It's relatively cheap as well.
