Dorman Centre Walmart has the rudest employees. They transfers me to the tire dept 6 times after no answer. They then kept answering the phone and transferring me without saying a word. I get a different employee and she does the same thing. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold and then the phone hung up. I called back and ask for the managers again and the phone goes silence while a wait for 13 minutes. I never spoke with a manager. This store really needs help in the customer service department.

Had to visit the pharmacy. The lady was very efficient, fast and with a smile! With a long line of impatient people. I told her so too! She was very nice!

I wasn't aware there were so many different kinds of bicycle tire pumps. I was "stumped" the employee noticed right away and came to my aid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also let me know the location of the other items I needed as well. Kudos to the gentleman employee in sporting-goods department.

30 registers and 4 open with lines at least 9 people long. Employees do not wash hands after using the restroom. Supervisor couldn't care less about the customers. They have lost my business for good!

If I could give this place a zero Stars that's exactly what I would give it. Your fake little security squad team whatever they are boys kids fake police or nothing at All and I have more respect for the security guard at Chuck-E-Cheese y'all need to learn that everybody that comes into that store is not there to steal I was in there tonight and I was followed around the store by the same three people for an hour. What sense does that make? I use the store a few times a month and tonight is not the first night this has happened. If your security team knew what they were doing and followed the rule shoplifters maybe your shrink would it be so high and you can pay your employees a little more. Y'all really need to get yours s*** together and stop profiling everyone that comes through the door, because in all actuality this security Squad is probably the main one stealing from the company because they are low life wannabe pigs, they're not even real pigs, they are wanna be pigs, storm the stuff off the bottom of my shoe. I doubt my little rant is even going to be noticed by anyone that matters at Walmart to anyone else they read this I promise you are being watched it don't matter white black Asian Indian you are being watched by the pigs oink oink pig pig do away with the pork
