I hate this location... I went in at 8:30pm the store close at 9pm... their was a lady there with braids and she was so rude, I felt like she was rushing me to get out the store!! Her voice and her tone really pissed me off! So I will report her! I felt Un welcome... do not go to this Location... not unless you want to be Miss treated!!

They are open till 9pm. Don't show up at 8pm. Because the employees are ready to leave and act like you are bothering them. The lady that was working  at 8pm on 9/2/17 is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Because of her I am switching to a different provider.

I recently went to T-Mobile to get my phone upgraded and Alex was such a great help! He had a great personality and really made the experience better! I love coming to this store because they're always so friendly and helpful anyway possible.

This place has lazy service costumers have to wait in long lines. This place charges twice  more than metro pcs. Patches would be so  disappointed

This is not a franchise store. It's an exclusive t-mobile store. They give out the best deals for t-mobile. The staff is friendly and patient.
