When Cycle Spectrum promises free maintenance for the life of your bicycle, they REALLY mean it. I bought his & her's Sand Dollar beach cruisers from them in December 2003. Fourteen years later, they are still keeping the free maintenance promise. Last week, my wife left her bike in the driveway behind my truck, and I backed over it severely bending the back wheel. I took it in for repair expecting a bill for wheel replacement. I returned for pick up a few days later, and to my amazement, Franck had totally straightened the wheel. When I asked to pay for his time, he said with a wink..."no charge". If you are thinking about buying a bicycle, I highly recommend the quality bicycles and friendly service provided by Cycle Spectrum.

Franck was great in taking care of my bike. The costumer service was great. They always go out of their ways to make sure we get our bikes repaired. Thanks for always going above and beyond for your costumers.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Cycle Spectrum. I still have all 3 of them. Since I retired I am now riding about 120 miles a week.The crew at Cycle Spectrum have had to fix my bikes at least 10 times because of the use and all the labor on all the repairs has been free. They always do the repairs in a short time and as a result can keep riding. A couple of my friends have bought bikes from Cycle Spectrum and have said the same. Their hard work has kept me riding since I purchased my first bike over 10 years ago.

I had an amazing time today at cycle spectrum. That owner there is so very knowledgeable and the staff very pleasant. Also a large verify of bikes to choose from at a GREAT price with lifetime service. I was very impressed with Cycle Spectrum today. I suggest that you should check them out.
