The best workout I've ever experienced.  The staff is incredible as well, the front desk and the coaches.  I love the activities that are included with your membership.  I've attended rowing workshops, outside shopping specials, and recently competed in a weight loss challenge.  The challenge did come at an extra cost but it was worth every penny.  I can't wait to see where my fitness journey continues to take me from here.

The Dunn Loring location is hands down the best one out there! The staff is so personable and always willing to help out. They answer any questions or concerns you may have and try their best to make sure your workout is enjoyable. The gym is super clean and well organized. I love the coaches and how they are always there to see you put forth 100% effort to achieve your maximum results. They are always rooting you on to see you succeed. I love this gym and the staff so much!

It's a constant change of pace during the one hour workout so your heart rate stays elevated, if you're really putting in the effort.  Every day the workout changes, so you're never doing the same exercises.  This program helps you to fight boredom and complacency in traditional workouts and if done correctly, you feel the (muscle) burn within 24 hours :) It's a challenging workout every day that you show up.  I feel great when I'm done and the hour goes by super fast.  The staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

Great workout, facility, instructors and staff! One example on how great the staff are: I was in a rush one morning heading to OTF. When I got there to check in, I realized I accidentally still had on my Uggs and didn’t bring workout shoes! One of the staff at the front desk found out we wore the same shoe size and she literally took off her shoes to let me use them for my workout......now THAT is customer service!

I love that I can come in for an hour and get a great workout. The coaches are good at motivating the class, I especially appreciate it when I'm on the treadmill. It's the perfect mix of cardio and floor work. As someone who usually goes 5 times per week, I have noticed that we repeat a lot of the same exercises on the floor, but they are still good, full body exercises. I always feel challenged when I'm in class, and motivated to push myself, but I also like that I can take things at my own pace or modify exercises if I need to.
