SUCH A WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! The owner of the dealership - Matt provided me with enough information over the phone that helped me to decide to pay a visit and take a test drive. I found the car to be as described. Things that helped me decide to buy the car. - The excellent customer service. - The honesty and the family-like atmosphere that one doesn't expect from a dealership. - No sales pressure which is customary to many dealerships! - The fact that the inventory (including the 2011 Benz I was interested in) are low-mileage mint condition cars. - Where I identified minor issues (e.g., owners manual missing, a bulb on one of the turn signals not working) are all addressed. - On the date where I drove from VA to MD to take the car, they waited for me beyond office hours due to traffic. - The process was explained well and executed efficiently. In summary, ALL MY EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND BEYOND...... I hope this information helps prospective customers make an informed decision....

Excellent buying experience. Matt and Club Cars aim to carve our a niche with " 'cream-puff' (well cared-for, immaculate) cars at unbeatable prices" - and they deliver! I combed inventory from Philadelphia through West Chester, White Marsh, Arlington and Rockville and no one came close to the immaculate, near-new inventory that Club Cars carries. Matt runs a no-pressure, helpful and transparent business you can trust. Will definitely check with Matt & Club Cars when my wife is up for another vehicle.

Excellent buying experience for a first car, looked at cars all of which have a great price and near new condition. This dealership had the best deal I found in terms of price, mileage on vehicle, and condition apart from the great quality of service. The owner, Matt, runs a transparent business and covered a lot of details that are important to know when buying a used car.

I drive past Club Cars almost every day. I decided to stop by one day when I started looking for a replacement for my old car. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Their appraisal of my old car was fair, honest and completely transparent. They looked the car up and did the inspection in front of my eyes, and they ended up giving me more for it as a trade-in than anyone else I asked in the area. They are very knowledgeable, and truly have the customer's best interest in mind. I never felt pressured in any way during the purchase, and always was presented with all the data I needed to make an informed decision. Their prices are also better than the other dealers in the area without need for stupid bargaining, which I hate. Straightforward pricing, and a very good one at that. After the purchase, Matt followed up personally to make sure all of the paperwork got filed correctly. We even had some issues with the title changing from one owner to two (since I added my wife to it) and Matt handled it all from their end, no hassle to us at all. I've had the new car for over a month now, and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely recommend taking a look at their shop if you're in the market. All of their cars are relatively new, with very low mileage and in mint condition.
