I was referred to Euro Motorcars in Bethesda when looking for a new vehicle. I had already been to another dealer and looking online for the vehicle I wanted. Eric was interested in finding the vehicle I was looking for with the features that were important to me. Pricing was straight forward from the start and lower than most comparable options. He was very prompt in communication and always available when needed. His level of knowledge made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Several times he pointed out details about the vehicle and financing options that may be of best interest to me. When the vehicle was delivered, Eric again facilitated the highest level of communication throughout the process. The driver, Anthony, took the time at delivery to go over the vehicle's features in detail and help to set up the bluetooth on my phone. I felt truly cared about as a person and that I received the highest level of service. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be looking forward to doing business with them again when the time comes.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Danny Nasr in our lease of a 2017 GLE350. This vehicle was an anniversary gift for my wife and Danny was impeccable in his ability to ensure our experience went the extra mile. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions especially with my wife whom was primarily concerned with all the safety features the vehicle had to offer. Danny took his time and clearly explained it all. 

With Danny, the vehicle pricing was straight forward from the start and more competitive than any other local dealer. He was very prompt in communication and always available when needed. Post vehicle delivery Danny reached out to me several times to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle and to answer any questions. He even offered to come to my home if need be to assist. I felt truly cared about as a person and that I received an impeccable level of service. Danny is very professional and honest individual to work with. Highly recommended. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone whom wishes to purchase a Mercedes Benz and will be looking forward to doing business with them again when the time comes.

In 2014, I purchased my car from here.   It had 6 miles on it.  Since I have drove it approximately 21,500.  I called to schedule the B service.   I was quoted almost $900, when all the other dealerships offered it for around $600.  And the worst part no one could really tell me what that entails.  Finally after 4 calls I reach a service person, and decided to call another dealership and set an appointment.   This dealership has definitely lost a customer for life.  I don't know if it's a change in management or staff, but this is not the same quality of customer service I have received in my previous visits.

I had a disappointing experience at this dealer. I drove a fairly long distance to purchase a new Mercedes and when I arrived my vehicle looked as though it had been sitting outside in the elements for months. And there were visible foot prints on the driver's side floor mat. I don't think I was asking too much for the vehicle to be clean considering I was spending over $60,000.

I took my car here for a service and initially had a good experience. However, I received my car back and the front mirror had the plastic broken off. I asked why and they told me the car wash removed the adhesive that held it in place. Additionally, I took my car to have the wiper blades replaced. Once again they took my car in the wash and the top hinge was broken in half. They refused to take responsibility for it and I would not recommend coming here to have your car serviced. The car is a 2008 c300 I washed the car myself a few days prior to coming with no issues or broken parts. It is unacceptable that they don't take responsibility for their actions and are not willing to understand the customers perspective.
