Officially my favorite PC Richards location in the boroughs! Plenty of parking and the store is huge! My wife and I went in looking for pretty much an entire array of new appliances for our new home. When we got there we were helped by David I. who made our experience as pleasant and easy going as you could ever hope for. Extremely nice, knowledgeable about everything in the store, and suggested a number of great options that fit our budget! Will be coming here for all my future appliance needs!

My family & I often come to this store to buy something. Although their products are kinda expensive for us, but it's pretty good in quality wise so we don't mind. Furthermore, this store is pretty clean, organize, and looks spectacular from 360° view. Moreover, one of sales associate, named Albert, gives best service to our family whenever we go there. Like helping us to choose high quality products with a suitable price & especially talks with us in a gentle & friendly ways. So, great job to him for that service. Overall, I would highly recommend you to check this place out, it's worth it !!

Awesome experience! Garret Diamond showed my
Wife and I many mattresses so we could make the best informed decision.
We love our new bed and  are grateful to Mr. Diamond for it.
The price was better than the one offered at other stores.

We came in to the store last night to purchase a new washer. You see our old washer was about 4 1/2 years old. At the time of our purchase of our old washer, which we also purchased in PC Richards, we also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. I have to say, boy are we glad we did. Within the past couple of months our old needed to be repaired. A PC Richards Technician came to our home twice to service it. However, after a few days it still had the same problem. We called customer service and they gave us credit to purchase a new one. Hence the reason why we were glad that we had the extended warranty. When we came to the store, last night, David I. helped us pick out a new one. He was very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable.  We ended up purchasing a samsung washer that obviously, because it was more modern, had more bells and whistles than our old one. And because PC Richards gave us credit for the price that we paid for our old machine, which at the time was a top of the line washer, we only had to put a small difference because the new one cost slightly more. We also did not have to pay for another delivery charge and installation. Needless to say, this time we ended up purchasing a 10 year extended warranty. David I. made us feel at ease, he informed us of all the features of the washer and kept us informed throughout the whole process. thus making this exchange a seamless and pleasant experience. What surprised me the most is that they also had Saturday and Sunday delivery. Wow! most places do not deliver on weekends. This was a big plus for us since we work during the week. This meant we did not have to take time off from work to be there when they delivered the washer. During the process we also had the pleasure of meeting John the manager who was very nice and personable as well. My wife and I have to give kudos to the PC Richards team in Steinway, especially David and John, who made what usually is a nerve wracking experience, a very enjoyable one.

Love this PC Richard in Astoria! I have bought basically all my electronics and appliance from John at PC Richards for years now! Mohammad also is great and always picks up my calls and answers every question I have!! Great Salesman! They are so So helpful every-time I go! Mohammad and John are always so reliable and full of knowledge on every appliance or electronic I need! They steer me in the right direction and always look out for my pockets ! This is my go to PC Richards. This is a 5 star business with great employees who are looking out for the customers best interest! If your looking for anything even mattresses please go to this PC
