I came to buy TV. My experience with Michael   as PC RICHARD & Son personal,  was simply nicest ever. Excellent service. Warm and kind. No waste of time. On to the point. All features of the product were very well explained. Offered guarantee and security with the company. Phenomenal person. Made the system complete by providing sound bar and other accessories. I would come back and recommend family and friends. No pressure was placed at any one time. All features were very well explained and given time and room for me to make decision on my own

Michael one of the  top notch professionals. He made our home appliance purchases so simple and painless. He explained everything thoroughly and even printed out detailed specs for each of our appliances to make sure everything would fit properly. The prices were better than any other stores (we shopped around to check) and on top of the better prices they included a discount for first responders. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my home appliances and electronics; Michael was extremely knowledgeable and handled all of our questions with ease. Highly trained professional staff!!!

I went to this store on separate occasions and it was great every time!! Soon as I walked in I was greeted. The customer service was very good!! The manager, A-Rod as they call him, was helpful and very patient being that I didn't know exactly what I would be getting. He helped me go through my options and find my perfect mattress and a fridge all within my budget. Very nice gentleman!! The store is very well managed and I definitely recommend anyone to go shop there.

I purchased a stackable Bosch washer/dryer for my boat. The sale included installation and removal of the old units. The salesman was completely aware the delivery and installation was to be on a yacht and assured me there would be no issues. 

Well, delivery day arrived and the delivery/installation men were in shock that they were directed to a boat. They refuse to help me put the new units on the boat, install them or remove the old ones. 

It only took one quick phone call to the store and a brief conversation with the manager to come to a solution. He was very apologetic and adjusted the pricing to compensate for the additional fee the deckhands charged to remove the old units and install the new ones. 

I was very pleased and I’m very happy with my new washer and dryer.

Recently purchased all my kitchen appliances, TV,Surround sound, washer and dryer from  Michael .I'm a sales person myself and I'm typically turned off by sales people because of their aggression and sales gimmicks. I was fortunate to meet MICHAEL who went above and beyond their duty to satisfy all my need at the right price . He made sure that I was getting the best deal and offered service warranty that was unbeatable compared to their competitors .

He also introduced me to the pure wash system . Which is a system connected to your washer machine where you use only cold water to wash clothes .no detergent. I was a bit skeptical at first but now am an advocate for the product . I recommend this product to all of my friends and family and you .

I would never considered purchasing any applications or electronic from anywhere else . I'm loyal to MICHAEL  he take care of me and it's definitely took care of my needs and exceeded my expectations.
