Great store, however SDL supervisor Marissa has a nasty attitude simply because and item was marked incorrectly on BJs behalf. Extremely disrespectful, rude, and didn’t even apologize.  Needs to learn how to approach people especially customers.

I stayed. 15 minutes in a short line just because the cashier did not know how to fix the jammed printer. I moved to another line،, after five minutes of waiting the cashier  just disappeared. After another 5 minutes I decided to move to yet another line, where the printer got jammed. The fourth line was good, just ten minutes to get a receipt of four items. When I left, the missing cashier had not been there, the. second jammed printer was still being worked on, but fortunately the first jammed printer was back on. I was not in a special hurry and was not the only one who changed lines. Two shoppers from my first line who were together stood in different lines just to choose the faster.

Very unprofessional way of communicating to costumers they pick on certain people . 
I was there to return an item no one was on the line waiting so I took the chance of going straight to them and I hear someone saying sir the line starts right there , I was going to say something but I didn’t I guess they are right we all need to fallow rules so I went back to make the like I was the only one so 5 seconds will not be a big deal . Instead she made me wait exactly 7 minutes 3 of them were in 1 man 2 women 1 look on training the other one look afraid of taking actions by himself then I was called by the same woman made me go back and wait MARINA was her name by the way 
! Sir you are next so as an approaching her she says no sir u go with the young man over there as am being helped I notice one women aproches her directly no making line needed which is fine I was helped already but I question myself why would she do that to certain customers it’s a big corporation should deliver professionalism to all  we can simply cancel our membership and go to Walmart Costco perhaps sums club instead we have chosen bjs be kind to us we are here to shop not to harm anyone thank you .

Thanks to Cindy who resolved my grievance about the lost bottle of vitamins. Jasvinder,  the other manager needs to learn how to respect customers . I have been shopping at this location for the past 20 years and she could not help me with a minor grevience. In customer care we want to see kindness not over smartness.
