This complex has to be the worst apartment complex I've ever seen. My boyfriend lives here and since he's moved in it's been a constant headache. From being told he'd have a pool view (his view was the back of some woods) to having service requests constantly ignored and overlooked. Water leaking down his walls in his living room. Maintenance men coming to repair one thing and breaking another never returning to fix what they broke. He was made to take doors off the hinges himself so that his washer and dryer could be moved in. The hot water there takes about 20 minutes to kick in, they are incredibly unprofessional and they constantly lie to you about service request and when they will be completed. I can't wait to move him in with me so he can breathe a little easier without the headache of this complex and it's employees. Not to mention they just had one of their buildings catch fire which may have been prevented had they made sure every unit had extinguishers after they took the old "recalled" ones. Took months to get new ones and then they made him come get it from office. LOL they are a joke.

Omg! Please do not rent with these people! My son moved into his apartment and it was infested with roaches!! The apartment Manager Sarah had the audacity to say he may have brought the roaches and there were 5 on move in date and 3 days later a count of 12. Sarah refused to move him to another unit only suggested spraying the nasty place. There were huge holes underneath the sink which looked as though it was a bad leak in the faucet. The manager Sarah is very unprofessional and operates with no integrity at all. She’s the worst Leasing Manager I have ever witnessed in my entire life! I wish my son had read the previous reviews, 1.5 stars says everything. I wish I could give this place no stars!!

I Found Out Today That I Have A Mouse In My Apartment. I Called Maintenance And Was Told I Had To Wait Until Monday. Today Is FRIDAY. I’m Extra Pissed. I Haven’t Had Any Problems, But This Is Just Unacceptable. I Will Not Be Renewing My Lease. I Currently Have My Kitchen Cabinet Under The Sink Taped Shut. Apparently That’s The Point Of Entry. Unbelievable!!!!

Please listen to the reviews for this place! Because i moved here without reading them. The office staff is terrible and extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I have a leak under my kitchen sink when i called to put in a service request they just said go online??? I have roaches and a mouse in my apartment and the water is ALWAYS turned off at least 2-3 times out the month. It’s terrible and i don’t advise anyone to move her. The price for rent is reasonable but it’s definitely not worth it. You definitely get what you pay for.

I have had a 2 star experience. My water works fine, has never been shut off, and gets very hot and very cold. I moved in while pregnant. I had a leak within my first few days here. I had just submitted the move in sheet which was an extensive list. The maintenance man was here and I told him I think my carpet is wet. This was the first time I had acknowledged it. He felt it and said it is wet and for me to put in a work order. At that time it was just a light water could be confused for the carpet being cold. So I did. Two days later it was a puddle. I called the office she said it had already been taken care of. The leak was in my closet and in my bedroom. The same maintenance man came and called his boss and said "Yeah dude its an actual leak and its actually going to need to be fixed or well have to replace all the carpet" That alone showed me maintenance and the office are liars. It took two weeks of me continuously calling. They sent a contractor. Check this out. They left all their tools and WET carpet ON MY BED/MATTRESS. They left there fans there for 2weeks. 8 months pregnant I hauled them to the dumpster. After the leak sitting so long my laundry room doors wood had got soft from the water and legit fell on me pregnant. I called everyday to the office and guess what my son is 6 months and I STILL DONT HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR. The list of work orders ice put in BEFORE my son was born that are still NOT taken care of : Broken drawer, My patio door opens while being locked and I'm on the first floor, my tub doesn't drain (I've prob. Paid rent in draino), none of my living room windows have locks... Again on the first floor. I've put all of these work orders in before August. Still not taken care of. Now for the reason I have decided to break my lease and leave this place. The office manager Sara. I understand things will happen and there are only so many things maintenance and the office can do. But when you go in to speak to the office lady on a calm manner explain that's its been literally 8months since important work orders have been taken care of she talks over you, blames you, ask are you a timely tenant( AS IF IT MATTERS, and says maintenance has a meeting and they prioritize. Guess I'm not important even after 8months. Its one thing to have crappy maintenance, another thing to be surrounded by rodents, (I've seen skunks in parties of 3 in the parking lot walking around at 6pm.) but the person that you're suppose to feel like "has your back about your living conditions is honestly the most disrespectful and unreasonable person any one will have to deal with. I read the reviews and I decided I would be the judge myself. The area isn't bad, the apartments are nice, my neighbors are friendly but I will not pay rent for an apartment that isn't up to par with an infant and I will not live where when I complain about what is wrong and I am "target". Oh and the gates. When you leave for work they work and When you come home there is a line and the codes or genies aren't working. Literally every other day. I got so fed up I parked on the street for a week and just walked to my apartment.
