We both love their food here. The food bought otc was fresh, hot, and looked appealing. The taste was just as good. This place was always busy when we were there.  We went for dinner at 715 or so. I would definitely go back.

Their ice machine is always down. 
However on this particular occasion they were extremely busy. The wait was long, but the food was stocked. I'm actually writing this as I wait in line. A tour bus full of people pulled up. I've been waiting since 7:54. It is now 8:08. 
Not too bad considering they're packed! First time in a long time it's stocked. Very Happy about this. Worth the wait!

This is the most generic Chinese food I’ve ever eaten very expensive and they had the nerve to charge me for the “Premium” entrees when I already paid for three entrees. The food looks good but sadly mistaken. Orange chicken was sour. The fried rice was not good, and I tried my husband’s chow mein noodles it was tasteless and dry. Will not waste my time or money here again.

The manager was incredibly rude. She’s always rushing you to order and yells at her staff way too much. The food is great tho, but she makes it hard for me to want to come back. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing

I was here on a Saturday night and Zhy'lee served me. She was bright, smiling and happy to take care of me. When she was ringing me out there was an issue with the change machine so she sought out her manager for help. Well the manager, May, was everything but help. She yelled at Zhy'lee right in front of me and snapped at me when I told her she shouldn't be doing this infront of customers. When I threatened to call corporate, May got even more irate and said, "Go ahead! Let them fire me I don't care!" If corporate knew what actually went on I would hope they would terminate her immediately. She has no understanding of customers and gives Panda Express a bad reputation. The other employees seemed sympathic towards me but not her. I will make the drive to Florence from now on.
