The food I received today was disgusting. The beyond orange chicken tasted really old and is dried out and hard. The sauce is literally dried to it and the noodles have no taste. This was a waste of money. Everyone is raising prices but the quality seems to being going down.
Quality of food was not great. Fried rice was just colored rice with uncooked flavorless vegetables. Orange chicken was way to spicy. Especially to be a kids menu choice. This was us giving a second chance. No thanks.Food: 2/5
They repeatedly misunderstood what I wanted for my order and didn't mention the upcharge for my selection until I was PAYING. I know being upset about fast workers messing up your order is kinda a meme but panda express has a KISS menu so there is not any real excuse. Guess I'll be cooking Chinese-american food myself the next time I get the craving or driving to the Monroe or Allen park Stores.
Worst experience today. Placed order ahead on the app. After checking in they let me know it would be an extra couple of minutes for order to finish. They took care of everyone in store/line first then handed me my bag. This was over 10 mins after the predicted wait time. Opened food to eat and found that my bowl was 80% rice. Even my 7 year old commented later that he didn't get much chicken and that he wanted to go back for more.
I had ordered just before they closed on August 11 at 8:30 biggest mistake ever!!! They one didn’t have barely anything so I picked out what was left. The lady gave me a discount for it. Got home started to eat to find hair cooked in my food!!!!! I tried calling over and over no one picked up. The next day I started calling and still no answer! I come to the store to find it empty meaning there was no rush no customer nothing just the staff! They gave me the managers Marcus number to call. I called he said to send him a picture that he will replace it. I sent him a picture no response. Now I come in Aug 20 and finally able to catch him for him to tell me he’s not giving me a refund! Never did he say I needed a receipt for my food because I was up at the store complaining. Now they don’t want to replace what he said he was going to due to me throwing away the receipt with the food that had hair in it!!!!
It's just food that fills the stomach. I don't get cravings for it, but it hits flavors I like more than the other fast food around. Service has been lacking since covid.Food: 3/5
Absolute slowest fast food I have experienced in 37 yrs of life. No one seems to have any sense of urgency and multiple people standing around with a huge line waiting.
Absolutely worst worst Panda location I have ever been to. Food is drowning in sauce and soggy even when made fresh. Manager was accommodating but the food isnt prepared correctly.
What a great experience. Never been to this restaurant and my family and I didn't know what to order. The gentleman behind the counter was more than helpful and got us on our way patiently. The food came out quick hot and delicious I highly recommend this location.
This place is so stingy. Panda typically is stingy, but this location is the worst! New employees are not friendly. I asked for a little extra meat and she looked insulted and said “you can buy a small scoop” lol. Like what? $9 for 5 pieces of meat? If you need panda, drive a little further to avoid the Woodhaven location. I would never recommend.
