Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer phone, and did nothing to fix my order!!

I'm a regular customer at Pizza Hut and usually the service is great, but this time it wasn't. Although my food was delicious the employee could've been more friendly and nice especially since it was around the holidays.

They always are so nice, and make the pizza delicious

Not always but this was a 5 star or better on service and quality on this particular order

A month ago I ordered 2 pizzas online and when 20 minutes later I went to pick it up  it wasn't ready. By mistake they made my pizza on the wrong crust, so I had to wait another 20 minutes. The very nice lady who worked there gave me the third pizza with the wrong crust for free. So I ended up having three pizzas. They were delicious .

My service was exceptional, I would recommend this location to anyone for fast service.  Thank you.

We ordered a medium pepperoni and breadsticks today, but we’re pretty bummed the pizza was mostly cheeseless. We didn’t order light cheese… who would want a pizza with so little cheese. DoorDash gave us a refund so will try somewhere else next time.
