My son could have gone anywhere for his birthday but he chose his favorite restaurant...Qdoba. We hadn't been there in awhile and we ordered close to $40. Even though the restaurant was filthy, we had no complaints until we saw that we had gotten the wrong salsa So we asked to exchange it and they said they wuld have to charge us extra even though the sign says the sides never cost extra. We opened the queso and it was watery and had the taste of broccoli soup. It was nasty. We asked if we could have a refund and they said no. They also said we couldn't have the receipt. I asked if we could speak to their boss and one of them said that all three of them were the managers but another guy said the owners are Victor and Steve. We insisted on a receipt or refund they flat out said no. I started recording how rude they were being because it was so unbelievable. I wish I could post the video on here but I will make sure I post it somewhere. They made us leave. My husband drove us to the Taylor store so we could ask the employees there to see if the queso had been changed since the little boys working at the Woodhaven store were so rude. When we got to Taylor, they were so nice. They saw the video and said that is not how they are supposed to treat customers. We ordered a new Birthday dinner for my son. The cheese was so thick and yummy and they didn't even charge us for his meal. We will never go to Woodhaven Qdoba again even though it is closer for us. Since I can't post the video here, I will post it on Facebook and TikTok for all to see how they were treating us. It was unbelievable. I will post the queso picks. The big one is Woodhaven. The small one is Taylor that we asked for for comparison. If you are in Woodhaven and want something like Qdoba, either go to Taylor where they are friendly or try Chipotle.
Stopped in for a late lunch today. Girls upfront were friendly & I ordered. Went to have a seat & every single table was dirty. So I picked the cleanest one that was of course next to the trash that was over flowing.. opened my food to eat & burrito was cold.. restaurant really grossed me out!
I want to start by saying we come here a few times a month. Today was the last time we will be back. A laundry list of issues going on in this place all of a sudden. For starters we came in right when they opened up which they were 15 minutes late opening. I couldn't believe the condition of the dining area! Every single table was full of food or garbage. The guy that opened the door 15 minutes late after we called at 10:30 was extremely rude like he was mad we were waiting to get in. After we ordered our food and went to sit down every table was dirty. I'm talking food, napkins etc on every table. The floor was so nasty everywhere we didn't even want to eat inside. I let the guy know behind the counter the tables were all dirty. He looked at me and turned around and kept talking with the other workers never saying one word to me guy wearing black t shirt. We sat there for 25 minutes eating at a table we had to clean and not one person came out to clean tables as they stood laughing in the kitchen.The pop machine was broke, lobby was trashed, outside dining area was dirty and not maintained. The napkin and sauce area was destroyed. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that serves food to the public. If you don't care about your business close it down or hire someone who cares. Not to mention while we were eating one of the employees burped so loud customers actually turned and looked into the kitchen as they were all laughing. This place needs some serious management changes before we ever come back. I am calling the health department and will be sending photos to corporate office. Funny how they had time to blast music after telling them about the floors and tables. Very disappointing, we liked eating here.
They were out of fountain drinks, then the bottle of soda I got was warm. My food, despite costing 11 dollars was cold and hard to eat. For the price I expect the quality to be much greater.
Definitely don’t recommend coming here for qdoba if you want it. The guy who served us seemed like he had an attitude. He barely put ANY chicken or other toppings on our bowls but gave us a lot of rice. He barely put any chicken on my bowl I asked for a little more because he put barely any on it and said “double chicken”. How is it double chicken if you barely gave me any! Lol but won’t be coming here again. I would rather go to the Taylor location instead
Ordered online and added 4 different types of sauces to a bowl. When I got there the food was cold and there was no sauce. It was bland af. UPDATE: it’s been less than an he and I’m already crying on the toilet. Pretty sure I just got food poisoning.
Finally received an email back after a couple weeks. The email assured me the issue would be looked into and offered to make it right. Still haven’t been back. The experience left a sore taste. I hope they fix it for future customers. *UPDATE to original REVIEW* The owners reply to my review seems to have fallen flat. I responded to the Qdoba customer email as directed 3 different times over the last couple weeks. Still no response. It’s becoming clear that the responses on google are just for show. Look I don’t want free product. I want good service and fresh food. Finding a good place to make your go to food spot is tough especially in todays market. Qdoba this is your opportunity to improve. I usually frequent this location 2-3 times a week. Between 9-920pm. Recently the staff refuses to make any new food so whatever is left is just what I’m told I have to get. I wouldn’t recommend going at this time. I was told it was that franchises policy not to make any new food after 9pm. There were misc food ingredients mixed in and around other containers. I wanted fajita veggies and they tried to give me a few old pieces and told me they wouldn’t make any more. When I asked again another worker told me they were out. Super disappointed that I’ll have to find a new regular place to grab a bite.
gross worker not wearing hairnets nor gloves workers constantly on there phones listening to AirPods while making food quickly walked out after seeing an employee handle food with out glove a bad attitude towards a older customer In line qudoba needs new employees fast
Fantastic and the staff always seems to like it there. Very clean inside as well
Super luke warm… And I’m talking about the quality of the food, the customer service, the portions.. everything is just meh. Just go to the one in Taylor… Or literally anywhere else
