We are a 65 year old local family business that sells modern & estate jewelry and watches.

Story

We are located in Bellevue Washington across NE 8th from Nordstrom's. We are also known as Porcello Estate buyers where we travel the US buying precious metals, jewelry, watches, and coins. We sell all the name brands in jewelry and watches but not at the retail price. In house we have a Rolex certified watch maker and a master gold smith.

My (then fiance) and I stopped by to get our wedding rings cleaned back in June before our wedding ceremony. In the year and half she had been wearing her ring, the diamond and white gold had become so lack luster it was depressing. Ten minutes later we were on our way with rings that looked brand new. When I was shopping for rings, I was put off by sales people at in person stores and ended up going online. I wish I had checked out this place before I did that... and I bet my wife does too. When anniversary times come, I'll be coming here.

Jason helped me through the process of buying my 2 tone Rolex Submariner. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional. There was no pressure in the buying process and I made this purchase in comfort. They have a rolex trained watchmaker so they were able to take care of me before and after the sale. No place has a better selection for a used watch, especially rolex! I visited many other places before buying. 

I would recommend them to anyone and will be purchasing my next piece of jewelry from them! THANKS JASON

Do not trust these guys!  I was looking at a pre-owned watch. They DO NOT offer any refund policy, no warranty, no written statement that the watch is in working order. They claim that they have a quality control process but will not provide evidence  - nor will they provide a written statement that clearly states the watch is in working order. You are 100% on your own with zero protection if you buy a watch from Porcello!  I highly advise that you take your money to a more reputable store that provides protections to your purchase,

All I can say is that I’ll never shop at another jewler again! I am a bit indecisive and can be very picky when it comes to watches. I dealt with Austin from start to finish and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. Never felt pressured and I got a fair price for the watch I bought. Can gaurentee I’ll be a repeat customer!

Porcello Jewelry has one of the best customer service in Bellevue or I would say the best when it comes to jewelry! They have the best deals, friendly sales associates who actually know your name! My husband and I love to visit their place each year during the Bellevue Arts Fair and we always find the most awesome deals! You cannot go wrong with their prices and that's why my husband and I are very excited to check what they have in store, it's like a treasure hunt and what I like about them is that they are honest people and that's what's important , honest and sincere people, they give you your money's worth! I always buy my jewelry and watches from them and I always get compliments or asked where I got them, they are stunning pieces , classic pieces, you'll never go wrong buying investment pieces here! Friendly staff, great investment pieces , what more could you ask for? Visit them now to find your treasure!
