The food here is always really good, but the customer service at night is terrible. They will have items out but won't always tell you and instead just give you your order without mentioning that you're missing something because it's out of stock. 

Go back and tell them you're missing it? They tell you that you need to make sure they have it before you order it at the kiosk. "Really? I need to check every item I order before I order it?" I ask. "No, only at night" they respond. Nevermind that they failed to give me something, since I paid for it, it's apparently incumbent on me to check every item to see if it's in stock, and if they're out of it then it's my fault that they don't mention it or give me anything as an alternative. 

Sorry, but bad customer service can really ruin an experience, and I don't feel like being blamed for their mistakes. I'm not going to go back and forth between the counter and the kiosk to double check literally every item on my order.

I go to this panera quite often because I work nearby and am always looking for a healthier option when getting fast food. This past year I have been very disappointed. I have spent way more money at this Panera then what I've gotten in return. On SEVERAL different occasions, I have ordered bagels and cream cheese on the side to go. Probably about 6 times they have forgotten my cream cheese in the past 6 months. When ordering a salad, a week ago, I found a sticker in my salad. They have given me the wrong soup several times. Wrong order several times. I also do not realize this until I'm at work because I dont have time to look through my order. Today, I ordered a large bowl of Broccoli Cheddar and I only got a tiny cup and they gave me bread bowl as well which I did not want.  I am working so I cannot run back every time they forget something too. So Now I was only given a tiny cup of soup and bread which I did not want and cannot eat right now. Very disappointed.

Customer service great but not clean as it should be . The drinking station needed to. E clean . Very surprising

This is a very nice, clean quiet Panera. Staff is polite and awesome

Be sure to check your receipts! The cashiers add additional items to your order that you do not actually ask for. "Undecided" for $.99 each and pastries for $.99 each. The atmosphere is nice and the food is good but I can't believe that they are willing to purposely rip people off like that. I also saw them do this to the customer after me. Their saving grace is that when I brought to their attention they quickly refunded me my money.
