Customer service is really bad here. The girl was really rude i believe she must of been the Manager and giving all the customers in line attitude for no reason. Came here for the release of the Jordan 1 Retro High Bred Toe and they claim they only had kid sizes at the end. Why didn’t they say that to begin with instead of having everyone in line for no reason. Need to hire better staff that actually enjoy what they do and don’t come to work mad at the world.

I have been a fan of DTLR and similar urban style fashion stores. I came in at 6pm and was just looking for some solid sneakers. Something fresh. Customer service associates were 2 young ladies. Very unprofessional, curt and unwelcoming. It was almost as if they didn't want anyone to buy shoes. Next time I am going to Footacion, or another store right up the block

Horrible experience immature employees not offer help. Don't want to help not much to expect from $8 employees. DTLR I would encourage you to hire managers that's increase sales not cost them.

NO NEED TO GO TO THE CITY CUZ ITS DOWN THE STREET. THEY ARE VERY WELCOMING AND ALWAYS HAVE MY SIZE IN STOCK!
