As I walked in the establishment Terrial was assisting customers and and promptly taking their food to their tables. While looked at the menu after he looked to be free (because he is a very active worker, definitely does not sit idle, he ensures everyone in the store is okay, I thought he was a manager!) I asked him about the pesto cavatappi and the protein choices. He responded with such knowledge you would think he worked at the location where the meat and noodles were originally obtained! He definitely represents Noodles & Company well and looking at the customers he was interacting with, he seems to be an employee everyone enjoys talking to and being assisted by. Thanks for your help Terrial, I hope Noodles & Company recognizes your worth, no matter where you are, your work ethic confirms you are a successful brand all on your own!

Where do I start? There was a hair inside the lid of the salad dressing. Blue plastic bits on the chicken in the pad Thai. And no vegetables in the pad Thai. No peanuts. Only requested cilantro to be left off. Will NEVER go to this location again. Horrible food and quality. They should be embarrassed about the lack of quality control. Wish I could leave less than 1 star!

Staff was rude when we ordered. Then when she brought our food she just dropped the bowls and walked away. We had to go walk up front to request silverware. Floors were filthy and most of the tables were dirty even though there were not many people in the place. There was more egg than noodles in my pad tai. Overall the food was okay but not worth the price for the atmosphere and dirtiness plus the rude staff.

Literally stood with my husband at the register for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us to take our order. We gave up and left after making eye contact with 2 separate employees who ignored us.

This place is local to me so I've eaten here a lot, when it first opened it was amazing, it was cheap, everything was fresh, soba noodles were done right and they had literally one of the best spaghetti/meatballs I've ever had... (and I'm Italian so I've had a lot) recently though it's gone way off the rails. Noodles are all stuck together, nothing tastes very fresh at all and always either way too much or way too little sauce... It just overall doesn't feel like the same effort is put in that used to be. I keep going back though, every once in a while and hoping for the best but am always disappointed... notice whenever I do go in there that I don't ever recognize any of the staff from the last time, most likely a high turnover rate so maybe that's it. It's a shame too because this place was great.
