This place really tries! Every few weeks there's a new creation, really trying to stay in the game! Ice cream by itself is just okay, but with the add-ins it's just what you need on a warm day, plus they give you a good size. Price is...well I guess it's fair for freshly mixed ice cream...right???!

Went to this establishment on 2/16/18 and ordered a brownie a la cold stone. I got home and put it in the freezer so that I could have it while watching a movie later in the night. As I'm eating the ice cream, mixing it up, the longest piece of hair comes from the bottom of the cup. I then realized the hair belonged to the individual that made the order. I see that a hat is worn by employees, but if you have long hair then a hairnet should be on your head when leaning over into bins of ice cream. It was so disgusting and not to mention Coldstone is not cheap.

Got a strawberry and mango fruit smoothie from there and something was off. Couldn't quite put my finger on it. Let my husband try it since his tastebuds are a little bit more sensitive than mine. He said "taste like mold or they used some veryyyy old fruit." Threw it in the trash.

Great service from the staff, especially the nice Asian lady who either co-owns or manages the store. She is always kind, polite, the store is always in top shape, and last, but certainly not least--it is Cold Stone ice cream!!!!! My family and I have been coming here for almost 2 years now, and as long as she is there, and the store serves Cold Stone ice cream, we will happily continue to frequent this establishment for both the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the ice cream. Military discount is offered with a smile, also refreshing.
