I love Panera, but I will never revisit this location or do rapid pick up again. The point of rapid pick up is the be able to save time and pick up your lunch when you know it will be ready. It said it would be ready at 12:05. I didn't get my food until 12:30. This Panera does not know how to handle the lunch rush.

The staff is always very accommodating every time I stop by after a long shift.  My favorites are the man n cheese and the blood orange lemonade. A great stop for a quick bite.

Staff is nice but wait is ALWAYS extremely long. It doesn't seem to matter how busy it is or how many people they have staffed, I always expect to wait 15-20, sometimes 30 minutes. Even being 8 months pregnant didnt get them to move quicker. I go to this location based on proximity only, otherwise I would try a different location.

I'm a fan of Panera, and this is a great location. Not a good place if you are in a hurry, though, because the lines are generally very long because it is so close to the Tech Center. There is also limited seating in the restaurant and atrium, which can make finding a table challenging. Otherwise, both the food and the service are excellent!

I am a huge fan of Panera Bread in general, and this location exceeds expectations. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and even when it's busy they get through lines quickly and efficiently. I've never had them mess up an order (and I've been here a lot) and the quality of food is consistently excellent. There are new menu choices regularly for those who like to avoid routines, but also a set of core reliable items for those (like me) who hate and fear change. If you like good, hearty foods, you'll love this Panera Bread!
