When I got my food I was very satisfied. The order didn't take anymore than a minute. But my cashier was mean. I ordered a chicken sandwich but he said I had to order 2. I asked him why and he said we want money. He was greedy and mad for no reason. But overall I enjoyed the food and experience. I think the cashier's name was Billy.

This place should be shut down immediately. I have been there exactly twice. The first time was several years ago, and it scarred me for life. The food was disgusting, the service grotesque, and a massive RV was taking up half the parking space so I had to park by the king soopers and walk 1/2 a mile to get there. The second time I went back was just a few days ago, and believe it or not, it was actually worse. I literally saw rats crawling around on the floor. An employee was going around and just smacking their heads on the ground with a broom. Needless to say, I left quickly after that. If you are in the area and need somewhere to eat, I would recommend literally anywhere else, as this is the worst restaurant in town. Very disappointing.

Easily my favorite "fast food" burger in Highlands Ranch. Location is clean, staff is friendly, and service is usually very quick. Love the Cajun Fries! (Pro tip - google the secret menu)

Next time I want a burger I know where I’m going. The burger was tasty and I was pleasantly surprised by how many fries I got. The manager even gave a free milkshake to my boys just because.

Mr Waffles - The food here was pretty good but the service was absolutely terrible, the bathroom there was surprisingly clean but the one employee there named Joe (I think) was incredibly rude. Thank you.
