Typical chain like restaurant, while our server was really nice and personable he did tell us he was new and kept forgetting to bring back our straws and anything else we asked for. We had to get his attention and ask again as he walked by to help someone else. 

I ordered a frozen raspberry margarita and received a regular patron margarita (didn't notice until after I started drinking it). I didn't complain until I tasted the margarita. Salt wasn't only on the rim of the glass but at the bottom too. My entire drink was SUPER SALTY, I tasted more salt than alcohol.
My waiter did take the drink off thankfully since I hadn't drank much and I didn't like it. 

We had the lobster truffle mac, lobster pizza, and shrimp dishes. The food was good but nothing too great, our local red lobster (Colorado springs) is a lot better. 

As far as the atmosphere, it was lively and nice for an early Friday night. It did get really busy so I suggest going a bit early if you're going to visit this location.

The service was great.  The food was not.  My entree was supposed to come with roasted sweet potatoes but they were still crunchy and the broccoli was severely overcooked.  The salmon was not bad, but it was the only part of dinner I could eat. First and last time at Red Lobster.

It's been years since I  Have I eaten at a red lobster but this was if wonderful experience. The interior has been remodeled to be quite modern and I enjoyed that period the dishes were smaller portions then I recall but the flavor was everything I ever could hope for!   Yum!  Noise level is low.  That is worth a couple stars in my book.  Reasonably priced too.

I personally do not like fish or any seafood but every one in my family loves it.  My favorite manager DANIEL & Cathy the GM @ the Pueblo, Colo left the restaurant and I don't care to go any more with Daniel and Cathy gone.  Cathy was a pure joy as the GM. It's just not the same ANYMORE.  The food was good, service excellent but the atmosphere is just not there.

Went in to eat last night and was so disappointed. Our server was so sweet and always had a smile on her face. We would have loved to be checked on a bit more than twice but she really was sweet. The food was horrible. The crab legs were empty and the steak was really under cooked. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came over we explained to him our displeasure and he jumped right in. He took ALL of the food off our bill and was so apologetic that he turned a horrible experience into a good one. Thank you Sir for stepping up and making the customers priority one.
