Great experience at Jersey Mike's today. The product is always consistent and I go here atleast once a month. Sign up for the rewards program and earn free subs! Parking in the shopping center around lunch can be a challenge, but I've never had to leave. Location is always clean, staff friendly, and the service has been consistently fast.

Edit: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I asked my husband to get sandwiches while I was ill in bed,  came home with bread harder than wood!!! I was mad,  I don't usually return an order,  but I feel yucky and needed my comfort food!!!! We went back and they fixed it immediately without question with extras!! I've never felt better about a fast food type chain.... I was expecting an argument and left with a smile!!! I really wish I could visit here more often! There's Subs are way better than Subway or Quiznos! The only thing that would compare is from my hometown and Wyoming... The staff is always super friendly and they have this thing called Shore points if you download the app where you can get free subs for visiting them, and a free sub on your birthday if you sign up for the email list!

This was my first time  trying jersey mikes. Employees were giving an uber eats driver problems that weren't his fault, my sandwich was overpriced in my opinion, there is not a lot to choose from when it comes to building your sandwich, but my biggest complaint is that when I took a bite of my sandwich, the lettuce was wilted and frozen!! I will never eat there again, it was so busy I couldn't even get a refund because I was pressed for time.

i love jersey mike's but will not be returning to this location. every visit recently something was off. bread is stale, sandwich made poorly, way too much oil put on,whatever. will still be eating jersey mikes at but the lone tree and parker locations instead of HR.

I do not even know where to begin, the restaurant is top notch. Its comfortable atmosphere allows people from all walks of life to enjoy a visit to the local Jersey Mike's especially if in the area of Highlands Ranch location . The selections of beverages is decent but the overall quality of selection is impressive and the sandwiches are culinary and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for everybody hungry.
