So I came back because there's been an influx of new stores in the area. Roughly 7 months ago I came and was denied service. However my server Madison was hilarious! She had jokes and was just a fun experience, however I can't say that about the food. The salt here is just wow.

Good food but pricey for a salty burger. This store is filthy...  At noon, 20% of the tables were in use but 100% were dirty. 1 girl was cashier, bus'er, and food runner.  I had to ask  for a table to be washed. The worst part was the floor!  There was so much grease of the floor it felt like walking on an ice rink.  Leaving, you could see grease track on the sidewalk from people walking out.  The manger made some excuse about the fryer putting grease in the air.  You could see the entire floor had not been cleaned properly in a while.  DISGUSTING!

Best of the premium burger chains. Fresh toppings and the bun is up to the challenge of all those juicy add ons.

This will be our last time at this location.  Everybody in our family really likes Smashburger but we rarely have had good experiences at this location although it usually has been because of the rude and unfriendly Cashier and the super long wait times to receive our food.
That said today's visit takes the cake as we were initially pleased to see no line and the rude Cashier wasn't working but... while waiting for our food the employees were actually EATING OUR FRENCH FRIES FROM THE BOX while bagging up our burgers and then put the boxes of fries into our bags while still eating from them.  I've never seen anything like it and was almost speechless.  Even my teenage boy was disgusted by this...unbelievable.

Placed my order at 6 and it would be ready at 6:30 came in at 6:35 still not ready like of 3 in front of me then waited while everyone talked in the back! Then get my food after I pay also got a shake guy behind me got a shake as well and then he got it first and they server Jacob knew I got a shake and did not even try to make it this is  unacceptable!
