Third time strike out. Online order never got through. I call each time to insure that my order is there. It never is. I called customer service and got someone on the phone who contacted the restaurant. The manager, Efrain, got involved and the order was fine. Then again, I ordered and I contacted him because after the third time 4/20/18 same story. We can't see your order!!!! He called me and went over the entire order. What is the sense of having online if you have to repeat it all on the phone. It was still wrong...... I picked up the order and there were missing appetizers, meat undercooked and for health reasons we asked for sauce on the side for one of the meals....It was soaked into the meal!!! Our guest could not eat it. I contacted Efrain and customer service twice.....NO RESPONSE. I guess my business is not welcomed there. I guess call into the CEO is in order and the BBB. Too many complaints are what I see. Customer service is a joke as well as whoever is the owner/manager.

Great food mixed with great service! Take out is pretty easy as well.

The staff is great and the place is clean. The food food is ok. Everybody at my table ordered something that was supposed to be spicy and nothing was, very bland

Do not come on a Friday night. I've gone to many Pei Wei and usually fine but tonight we had to wait for almost an hour and a half for our meal, no kidding. I understand being busy but cannot see a place like Pei Wei that is generally pretty quick taking over an hour. Love Pei Wei, just avoid on a Friday at around 7. At least this Location. And then the food was not cooked well at all.
