I can't say we've ever had a good experience at this Panera in the four or five times we've tried it, and this was the last try and we wont ever be back. Both drive-thru and in-store orders take forever, and every time we've had issues with something incorrect or missing. This time my "Bacon Turkey Bravo with no Bravo sauce" had no bacon, more sauce than I've ever seen on any prior sandwich, and CHICKEN chunks instead of sliced turkey. Maybe if the woman making the sandwiches paid more attention to her job and less attention to her phone she would get orders correct; that or management hire more competent employees.
I was not super satisfied at this location. The sandwich was not made well and even though I asked for it to be toasted, it was not toasted properly. Additionally, I decided to try a smoothie for the first time and it was watery but tasted good enough. It took a while to get my order and customer service wasn’t impressive but they got the job done. I’ve been to better locations.
For the second time in a month, I was given an OLD fuji apple chicken salad with brown lettuce an nearly spoiled tomates when I went to the drive thru at Panera in Finneytown. I did not get a receipt either. I am disabled so going to the drive thru is more convenient for me at times. I should not have to accept less than fresh food just because it's sometimes difficult for me to go inside. Please do better.
Out of broccoli cheddar soup. Out of American cheese. No ice in the Dining room dispenser, had to go to the counter and ask for some. No medium drink lids. Won't be eating here again.
This place is an epic fail. 1, they charge you for things the shouldn't. 2, they don't make the food properly. 3, very unpleasant food prepper on the line. Last I was here, they over charged for drinks. They didn't serve a kids meal correctly. Menu says sliced apples, the gave me a whole one. These should be preslice and packaged. The expo was wildly rude to my friend when he asked about sauce, then to me when I enquired about the apple... Then they gave me the wrong Mac n cheese for my 4yr old. Which u can imagine was a problem. He just wanted plain but they gave me broccoli cheddar Mac. Overall, steer clear of this location.
This location did it best the sandwich was amazing and soft usually it’s hard at other locations but not this one I loved it
Very disappointed with service and value. Asked about sizes of macaroni and staff had no idea and just said "cup and bowl". When your store is charging $5+ for a small and almost $10 for a bowl, you should be able to give some more clarity. Went through drive-thru and had to go inside for missing items. Panera is increasingly overpriced and not worth the money. Sad...it used to be a fun, quality treat that was worth every penny.
Very YOUNG unprofessional crew especially in the evening hours. Not well supervised. Staff was slow to acknowledge patrons entering to place their order. French Onion soup was not hot, it was warm and clumpy with No melted cheese, to appease the inquiry of no cheese in soup. I was given tiny sprinkles of grated cheese that was tossed on top of gluey clumpy soup followed with a few dry croutons.
My wife went to the drive thru today for lunch to get a $10 Modern Caprese Sandwich. See pictures for what it should look like and what was given to her. She decided to return the $10 piece of bread with barely anything on it. Since it was raining, she went through the drive thru to return it which was how she ordered it. At the drive thru window, the manager said she must come in the store to return it...even though she was right there at the window and could have handed the sandwich to the manager! Obviously the customer does not matter at this location. The franchise owner is Covelli Enterprises, who owns hundreds of Panera franchises across the country along with other restaurants. NEVER going back.
Had the Broccoli and Cheddar Soup...Very Good And Hot..
