I walked in and began to place an order for a cold cut sub on Italian. She began to grab the herb cheese bread which is not what I said. After realizing the correct bread she then realized that my sandwich required meat and that she could not make it because she does not like touching the meat??!?! Told me the other staff member will make my sub here shortly! I would recommend a franchisee owner to look over the hiring process. ASAP.

Just stopped in to grab a sandwich after returning home from a trip. One of the young ladies rushed making our sandwiches while the other locked us in the restaurant and proceeded to turn off all of the lights. The employees seemed extremely annoyed, like we inconvenienced them.  This took place at 7.44pm. This location closes at 9.30pm.  New sandwiches and remodeled stores are great but it's the employees that need to be replaced.

Door says they close at 9:30 pm every day, yet somehow the lights are off and the doors are always locked by 6 o’clock. They have taken my money twice after placing an online order. They don’t answer the phone when you call no matter what time it is, so I can’t call and confirm they’re open or try and make sure I’m refunded for the orders I’ve placed and never received. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with not a single response. I don’t understand how orders can go through without someone confirming them first. I’m sure the place will be closed for good soon

I ordered two sandwiches. My daughter and I kept waiting for them to come to my apartment door. I wrote explicit orders for the code to get in and the elevator. The website said 35 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, my daughter went down to the lobby and just happened to see our sandwiches outside the door. What is wrong with DoorDash? Leave sandwiches outside the door and not let the buyer know. I won’t be using DoorDash and neither should Subway.

Placed  mobile order 12-12-22 had a pick up time of 9pm card was charged arrived to get time on door said they closed at 9:30. The door was locked. I knocked on the door nobody came to the door. I called the store and someone hung up on me. I called during the day and finally got an answer and was pushed off they need to talk to manager Ron  about having to get permission to remake my food or get my refund. I don't understand how a restaurant can steal money knowing that a customer has not physically has not came into the store and got the food. This will be my last time going to this location. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company if I don't get a resolution soon. I will post again with an update

I stopped in Dec 1, 2021 around lunch time. The place was not busy at all; a lady and child eating at one table. There were two women working. The foreign lady with straight black hair took my order. She was a little rude but not too bad… maybe she was just enjoying no one being there… idk. I ordered two different sandwiches and the bread was so hard I couldn’t not bite it. I had to rip it. I think she knew the bread was horrible because she didn’t give me a receipt. Two thumbs down.

They closed at 8:40pm man said it only say that on line try other subway wow great job

I don't never really complain about service but yesterday evening service last night was the worse experience I have ever had.  Very bad and rude customer service from the night shift employees.

Just got a UberEATS checked online to make sure they would be open says open till 930 an got here at 905 an closed an sign that says on door closes at 9 just wish they would have correct hours everywhere! Because just drove 15 mins here an wasted gas which is crazy expensive! an other orders I could have got an have to sit on phone for atleast 10 mins with UberEATS to make 3 bucks .. so mad

I Ordered a ft long veggie sub, Toasted with parmesan Cheese,  Veggies and the sauce on the side. When it arrives to me, it wasn't Toasted nor was the sauce on the side plus there were barely any Veggies on the sub. This is partly the fault of the person whom I sent to order and pick up the order . Yuk !!!  Not even edible
