The worst subway in Cincinnati. Try calling to talk to the owner and the manager Amandawho was in the facility when I came in told me she didn’t know how to reach anyone above her. Horrible experience I didn’t want to give any stars but I couldn’t leave a review without one‍

Employees couldn't follow basic instructions. That location doesn't accept the current promo code. Won't go back there. Another one is down the road.
Drove here after a tiring 13 hour shift because I wasn't going to make it to my side of town Subway. I come in this location 25 minutes before closing. The worker is coughing everywhere. She had no mask on and she coughed so badly on the fountain machine and everything else. I caught her coughing on my food while preparing it. I told her I no longer wanted the food because she was coughing everywhere and on my food. I told her she should have stayed home today. I'm a nurse and that coughing seems like a symptom of covid. I can't believe the manager allowed her to work. This location isn't following proper protocol and she's potentially passing illness around. No one wants their food coughed on and I'm not paying for a meal someone has coughed on. She needs a covid test.
It was great looks like they have different staff thanks the last lady was rude
It's a subway, the service was really nice, but the ingredients looked not fresh. I got one of the new protein bowls essentially everything but the bread it was alright. You're not going to Subway to get the best sandwich in the world, it's just quick and relatively healthy food.
I have never been so disappointed with subway before. I ordered a pickup order. I showed up 5 minutes after the app said it was finished. And it still wasn’t done. It then took 10 extra minutes. They didn’t have the bread I ordered, which is fine but instead they replaced it with wheat bread. When they could’ve done Italian bread If they asked, they didn’t toast a steak and cheese.. I mean COMEON, and then they didn’t even cut either sandwich. They didn’t put the cookies that I ordered in the bag and they had no drinks in the cooler for us to grab that we ordered. Worst service I’ve ever had. I will not be returning. I’ve worked at subway before and I know mobile orders are high priority. This is extremely disappointing.
Haven't had subway in years and I am glad to have gotten a sub today
The woman working informed me the toaster was broken. I understood and told her I didn't mind my sandwich not being toasted. She refused to make my sandwich. I told her it didn't need to be toasted. Cold was fine. She refused to make it. Instead, she began to talk about me to her coworker in Spanish which she assumed I did not know. I told her I was bilingual and would appreciate it if she did not talk about me in front of my face. She again declined to make my sandwich. I left and will not return.
Horrible almost every single time.Went a little while ago and they had some new staff I was thanking the universe everything was right sandwich and service right. Then I go back today and the old staff is back sandwich poorly made wanted a melt and she starts open toasting my sandwich and the attitude that came with the wrongly made sandwich wasn't ordered either. So I left and went to Pennstation. Fix yall staff plz pm me if any reps read this.
