Ernie Erickson was the best salesman I have ever dealt with.  We were on a very tight timeline and he was able to make it happen without all the trips to the sales manager that are a norm at most dealerships.  We were able to negotiate a very competitive price face to face.  Ask for Ernie.

Tionna & her crew (Harley) detailed my 2015 Tacoma & it could easily go back on showroom floor as new again.  They put emphasis on the word "DETAIL"  clean as emergency room at hospital now.  Amazing job!

Update:  Nick in finance just set me up in new 2018 4Runner.  Very easy to work with.  Good guy.  HOWEVER...NEVER, NEVER trade a GOOD vehicle with HIGH EQUITY in on a LEASE!  It just becomes a GIFT to the dealer.

We been having my cars serviced there for a decade, very happy with previous experience but this time.  wow!   Thought of buying a new car,  or used.  It was a Terrible experience, would never go back, was treated like a door mat, was yelled at like a dog more than once by Management including the GM, I was even called names, and all I was doing was trying to get a fair deal for my Husband.   They would never treat a Man as they treated me.   Sure, everything is smiles and handshakes until you ask an educated question, and then everything changes.... If you are a woman, go anywhere else!   A customer deserves Respect, it is really that simple.  I still am in shock the way I was treated.  Simply unreal and completely unacceptable.

I went in to Parker Toyota on May 11/18
 to possible trade my car. the sales man Dustin Moore worked with me and was amazing, he was friendly and professional. I felt that he truly cared about my needs and wanted me to be happy with what ever i decided. I would totally  recommend  that any one should ask for Dustin Moore if they are interested in buying a vehicle .

We went out there to check out a few vehicles we had seen on Parker Toyota’s website. I knew I wanted a Toyota because of their bulletproof reliability. They had a number to choose from at very fair price points. Alan Sandlin was the associate who help us and he was awesome to work with. He was never overbearing or pushy just very honest, laid back and helpful. He helped us find just what we were looking for and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our overall experience with Alan and Parker Toyota was great, once we decided what we wanted the rest of the process was a breeze. Thanks!
