I previously posted a negative review due to an issue I had. Since then I spoke with the owner and we came to an agreement. Unfortunately all companies have issues, but it's how you resolve the issue that makes you a good or bad company. In this case they exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, new or used.

Great customer service for oil change/routine maint.  Called in Monday morning when I realized I would be overdue and they squeezed me in.  Estimated they would need the car for 1.5 hrs for all the work and were 4 mins ahead of the deadline ;)

Nick is a great salesperson. Strong customer service and deep product knowledge. You will need to be very diligent with the back office (business) to ensure that the price that agreed upon is what is in the contract that is put in front of you.   Do not expect any service or support from Post Falls Volkswagen after the sale. This is a significant weakpoint of this dealership.
