My husband and I just purchased a car with Sean Hooper and had a fantastic experience. Sean took the time to make sure we were not only getting the car we wanted, but the deal we wanted as well. He was incredibly patient as we changed our mind numerous times and ending up test driving pretty much every model on the lot. I really appreciated his friendly attitude, attention to detail, and his extra effort to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We love our new Subaru and I love that we got to avoid the giant headache that seems to always come with buying a car. Go see Sean!

We see all the commercials, but you never really know until you try it.  Our entire experience was probably the best we've had when purchasing a new vehicle.  Our sales guy was great, and the most knowledgeable I've seen.  After the car we selected was already purchased they put extra effort into getting us into an even better model.  I don't see any reason to ever go anywhere else when selecting my best Subaru.

If you go make sure that you see Steve and Tomas. I'm sure there's plenty of other great people at work here, but these two just became like family. 😊 They captured my heart, they helped me so much I knew I could trust them. They let my doggy come in and had dog bones and dog water. It was a really really wonderful experience after a very stressful intense time trying to get a new car after a bad car accident. I don't think I could ever see myself getting a car anywhere else, this place forever has my business. Thank you Parker Subaru for treating me as an individual person with an individual personality and Steve and Tomas for putting in so many extra hours on your days off to walk me through this process and knowing the perfect vehicle for me that I just love!

I had a horrible experience buying my car from Parker Subaru in August. My husband and I are in our mid twenties so we frequently deal with people treating us like kids. Despite walking into Subaru with $100k to purchase a car outright, Parker perpetuated this same attitude. We asked for our options on our leased vehicle, and they immediately started to sell us a new car without discussing our options. Once we declined we spoke with 4 different individuals, while they held our car keys hostage. Each individual told us nothing of value, and seemed to be merely distracting us while they ran our credit. We asked them specifically not to run our credit since we had cash, and since we planned to purchase a home shortly. They said they didn't, but when we finally purchased our home, our closing documents revealed that they lied about this and had actually run our credit. I love Subaru cars, but I will travel anywhere else before purchasing another vehicle from Parker anything. I'm honestly shocked their rating is so high, from the stories I've heard around town.

I have been to many car lots and worked with many salesmen,  but Sterling Small is by far the best salesman I've had the pleasure of working with.  He is a no pressure kind of guy and puts you and your budget first.  If you're looking for a new car,  go to Parker Subaru and ask for Sterling. You will not be disappointed! Tomas in financing does any excellent job explaining the financing and closing process.
