The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, were not pushy in any way. When asked about a specific vehicle they would find an answer if they were not sure. Was in the vehicle of our choice at affordable payments even with 0 credit score without a long wait. Parker Auto will have our family's business any time we need a new ride. We recommend that our friends go to Parker Auto. No hassle or pressure. Try it yourself, we think you will be able to agree. Need more stars, 5 not enough.

I sell Auto Detailing supplies to Parker Ford.  This is such a fun dealership to visit.  I know practically everyone there.  Being in the Parker group, you expect great.  But they take that to the fullest at Parker Ford.  Love the crew.  Professional and Helpful.  The management is a team I have worked with personally for a lot of years.  That is a team built for success.

Worst customer experience ever in the service department! Was told on the phone my warranty work would take half day. Then when I dropped off I was told it would be done by 2pm. I was told I could get a rental car. I reminded them I have a toddler. I was under the impression a car would be ready for me. Not the case. I had to transfer my car seat into a shuttle car, then ride to the car rental place and transfer the car seat again into a rental...all while wrangling a toddler. The whole process took over an hour. When I returned the rental the next day (that’s when my car was actually ready) I was told at the rental place that Ford was paying for my rental car fees. When I returned to the service department I was also told i did not have to pay. They wanted a copy of the receipt from the rental car company and after I provided that they told me I had a $30 fee for rental car. Get your communication right! Will find another dealer for service from now on!

People are very nice but had oil change tire rotation and check of navigation system, appointment at 11:15 car was not done until 3:30 🤔

Pleasure buying a vehicle here!  Very kind salesman Jacob Harold who was patient, knowledgeable, happy and worked with us tremendously to get us into our vehicle!!! Would purchase and recommend him again.
