We were buying a trailer for our move to Alaska with the intent of selling it upon our arrival due to the much higher prices up there. The guys at Trailers Plus pointed me to a trailer that would not only fit my moving needs, but also had features that would appeal to Alaskan buyers. They also gave me advice based on my trip that ended up saving me both money and hassle. They have a great selection, great prices on quality trailers, and never once did I feel pressured or sold to. I can't recommend these guys enough. Great experience.

Had to park a block away because of inadequate space (had a fullsize pickup and short trailer with no space to even park the truck) and then when I enter their lobby, someone in the coffee area notices me, and then proceeds to go about a 10 phase experiment making their tiny cup of coffee before walking my way and I have to ask if they work there. Oh they do. Now the guy has zero knowledge of the part I need and after stopping another very busy, can't be bothered, employee, they don't have what I need and seem irritated when asked if they knew a business that did.

Trailers Plus in Post Falls, Idaho is the best!  We were looking to buy a utility trailer and the dealer we were going to see was not a Trailer Plus. I had to call and let the other dealer know that we had gotten lost and would be at their location at about 5 o'clock.  The lady told me that they close at 5. At 5 o'clock we arrived and the door was locked and no one would come to the door when we knocked.  So I looked up the address for the other trailer dealer, which was the Trailers Plus dealership.  We went to the location, found the perfect trailer, at a great price, bought it and we were out the door before 6 o'clock. 
After telling the salesperson about our experience, he said that this happens quite often with the other trailer dealership and he'd give them a call the next day and thank them for another sale.

I went to another trailer dealer 1st as it was for a trailer they advertised online (also in Post Falls, ID). I waited in that office for 10 minutes without even eye contact from a man on the phone. Eventually, I met a lady and asked her about the trailer. She and I walked through the mud and was not able to locate it after several laps. I was told it was sold and they would charge me extra for using my debit card if I did not have cash. I left. When i arrived at TrailersPlus, I was greeted as I exited my truck and we went to look at enclosed trailers. I learned more about trailers and their construction there. I selected a trailer that was well built and left satisfied in the service, salesman, and quality of my purchase.
