Chez was AMAZING! She got us into the car of our dreams! She was so sweet and listened to us! She didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t feel comfortable in! I almost never came back to this dealership after being seemingly lied to twice by two different salesmen but then we met Logan Koenig. We shopped around for months and met many different salesmen but Logan surpassed them all and earned our business despite us experiencing the issue stated above. He was kind, caring and most importantly told the truth. If you plan on purchasing or just looking at this dealer I would highly recommend Logan as he will provide you an outstanding experience from start to finish.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt as though I was where I needed to be. The sales people at Coeur D' Alene Honda are down to earth and realer than any sales people I have ever met. They spent 6 hours of their day answering my questions and helping me find a car that would fit all my needs. Chez, specifically, was so awesome and helpful and fun to work with. The people there are good people and quite thorough. I highly recommend this family-owned dealership! I'm super excited to be driving a 2015 Honda Fit.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Deb.  I only buy cars from Deb.  In fact when she changed dealerships from Ford to Honda, I switched brands of cars from Fords to Hondas.  

Deb has the energy and enthusiasm for finding the best price and best for our needs.  She even drove 300 miles to find the exact car my wife wanted.  She is great with the kids and thinks of things we never would have.

I have been looking for a more fuel-efficient SUV and the Honda CR-V caught my attention. I have never owned a Honda, always been a Ford girl, but after looking around and doing some research I decided to take a closer look. I was drawn to Coeur D'Alene Honda because of the Lifetime Warranty. I worked with Robert Shankland and was very pleased with how friendly and knowledgeable he was and that he made the process smooth and painless, thank you Robert! I have only had my CR-V for a couple of days but love it already!
