Went here last week and had a great experience. I have a very busy schedule and they were able to work with me to get me into the office soon. When I arrived at the office everyone was very friendly and helpful. At my actual appointment, the doctor was very kind, informative, and took his time explaining everything & I never felt rushed and was able to ask all the questions I had. They sent me home with a lot of samples to help my skin and told me to call at anytime if I had any questions.

I had great experience at my visit however, I was told that I would hear back no later than two weeks regarding the biopsy they did. Today marks the 4 week mark since then and I haven't heard word one from them. I called at the 16 day mark and they told me it would be maybe a few more day. Still silence!! ****Update**** I finally got a hold of the office and found out that Dr. P was out of town for a week and they needed me to come in on Sat 12/16 to have more removed. Saturday was a great visit which caused me to give them a better review.

We've visited 3 times in the last few months and each time I feel like we receive excellent care. Dr. Carley is happy to answer all my questions, even about other children who are with me. He explains my options thoroughly and follows through.

The staff was extremely courteous and the doctors are knowledgeable and took the time to explain procedures in detail while listening to concerns we had. I don't think we've had a better experience with any medical office anywhere! I plan to continue using Parkinson's Dermatology for all of my family's needs.

Called to make and appointment and the receptionist was so rude. I know she's not the doctor but it was such a turn off and a bad "face of the company." She made me feel like I was inconviencing her and she told me she couldn't help me make an appointment.
