The selection is great. The store is always clean. The reason for only one star is the service. Some people will help if you ask but when it comes to the staff behind the balloon counter they are always rude. If you are clearly standing in line they will just help who ever walks up to them if they want to help them instead of the long line. Someone from the back walked up and saw a long line and asked them why they didn't call them up and the guy just laughed and said it was fine. It wasn't fine. There were 20 people in line and two people kind of helping when they felt like it. Not to mention it's very expensive for a balloon. Save your money and go down to the Dollar Tree located in the same shopping center. The balloons are not only cheaper but the customer service is a lot better.

I went to return a light up necklace that I never opened and had the receipt but was told they couldn’t return the item since “Christmas is over”. I never opened the item and I had the receipt and card I used to purchase the item handy. The fact that it is no longer Christmas is not a customer’s problem and is a terrible policy. I then accepted store credit for them to put half the amount that I initially paid on a receipt. I couldn’t even get the full amount I paid for on store credit. And why do they not have gift cards to put store credit on?

Great selection of party supplies, not the greatest customer service. Coupons from website may or may not be valid depending on which cashier you get, regardless of what the coupon says - they seem to make up their own fine print and rules on the spot. Balloon wait varies on the day/time, but on the weekends they are usually backed up and stressed out, understandably so. So expect a long line with only one or two open registers, balloon service with salty attitudes and disorganized mass confusion.
