I own a small business and have shipped over 200 packages from this location each of the last two years. I trust Don so much that I even left my credit card with him one time. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Since I am in this store on a regular basis, I have seen the staff interact with numerous customers and always in a very polite and courteous manner. I think most people don't realize that this is a franchise and not owned by UPS, so the staff can't always know the status of every shipment or when a delivery driver dropped something off at their house.

The female representative at this location is extremely fast and friendly. Now I just hope my package is returned to the destination in a timely manner!

I'm in total agreement with some regarding this tall bald man who works at this location. Went in on Thursday and just needed a box have the label put on, first he rolled his eyes then rudely reminded me that tape isn't free. So, I gladly pick up my box and walked out. Went to another location off Chandler and 32nd and the lady worker rushes me to help and provides me with label holders that she says are free and protects the labels more than just taping it to the box. Not sure who hired that man in Sun Lakes but if they hired him they may have the same personally which is sad. Because the owner has decided to justify this ill mannered behavior I had to write a response. I wrote my original response based on my own personal experience and Maggie doesn't speak for all your customers. You the owner seem to not want to address the issue with this employee, Don, which is your choice, but do not justify his actions with accusations of what customers have done. I've worked in retail for 15 years so I know first hand how customers can be. So, when I'm a customer I ensure that I'm cordial and understanding to the circumstance of the staff. Which was the case that day. So, to the owner you may and perhaps just want to to implement professional development training on customer service if it's not just one or two customers having an issue with an employee. I can say this because as a Director in my company, customer service is valued and addressed when evaluations and concerns are provided. Not justification for ill mannered behavior.

I've been using this location for over 5 years. I ship packages at least once and week if not more. Don is great, always takes care of us, never had any issues. amazed to see all the 1 stars. The store is clean, Items are priced reasonably ( you aren't going to pay 17 dollars for a small bag of Styrofoam peanuts). I have a mailbox at this location as well, again never had any issues. Heck USPS consistently misplaces my mail at the community mailbox. never had that issues here. The staff always tries to get things there as quickly and cheaply as possible.

Called to ask about a package that is being held. The guy I spoke with knew company policy, but was borderline rude on the phone. He really needs to learn some people skills!
