I had the most horrible experience. One of the staff: white, lean, glasses and male racially profiled and stalked me around the store. He even went to great lengths to eye the inside of my shopping bag from World Market. He kept talking into his headphones and I heard something along the lines of "She has a blush on her and I don't know if she's stealing it or not". Neither my sister or I were looking for blushes. Another woman with purple hair also kept pestering both my sister and I. She even yelled and asked me if I wasn't getting the YSL lip product I was trying on earlier as I was leaving. Mind this, I'm a VIB Rouge and have loved and shopped at Sephora for a long time. I hope they stop hiring uneducated and racist bullies. 

If you go on yelp, there are other instances of them being outwardly racist. Don’t support this establishment. Go to another Sephora.

Use to feel so intimidated going to this sephora, it was always impossible to find someone to either help or even just color match. About a year or two ago I met Quetzi, lets just say anytime I go in I ALWAYS ask for her. She is so knowledgeable in all the products, and know whats best for all skin types. I hope to never see her leave. If you happen to stop at that specific Sephora make sure to ask Quetzi!!

Worst Sephora in the city of Chicago. I came in for a color match and wasn’t greeted once. I had to find one of the employees to help me and had to wait 15 min for he lady to finish her client. She didn’t listen to anything I was saying. I told her I didn’t want any color that was peach/orange undertone or with a lot of warmth because I am very olive. The color she gives me is Warm peach. She never used the color match tool and guessed my color. The light is so dim where we were standing that I lost all hope the second she started picking random colors. This is not he first time I’ve had a problem here. This is problem I had every time I go into this sephora. Someone needs to teach these people how to match foundations and how to listen to customers. She also wiped half of my entire face off and I walked around in public extremely orange for about an hour before I got home. I will never visit this location again.

Great sephora store. I was in there today and a lovely man named Jim helped me with my purchase. I love that he immediately understood the look I like and didn't try to nudge me into another direction. He completely understood that I want makeup to enhance, not cover and he shared my enthusiasm for the brand I was looking to buy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

Made an appointment two days ago for 3 pm today and the store is not open. Showed up to find the doors locked. Got an email confirmation of my appointment and no one called to let me know about changing or rescheduling my appointment!!
