I was in the other day and worked with one person who was doing a great job helping me. He was listening to my needs, looking at pictures, considering measurements and really discussing all my projects with me. He was giving me lots of options so I could make the best decision. I had a lot of projects I wanted to complete. Then - I can only assume it was the manager, Pamela came up and said she would help me. Once she started to help me, I felt very rushed and like she was just trying to finish up with me because she had other things to do beside work with me. I bought all the wrong items under her because I felt so pressured. I did not get all my projects done because she rushed me. She did keep asking if I was ok, but she was not very sincere and really lacked a sense of caring like the first person did. I ended up leaving very dissatisfied. No one offered to help me carry the items to my car and I really struggled with the heavy items. It ended up being an awful experience, with what started out so great. I am not going back for the rest of my projects. I am only going to return what I bought that she sold to me because it doesn't work. Everything she sold me and I found for much less at Menards and it fits my needs much better. I am keeping what the first person sold to me, because he really listened and it met my needs. It all comes down to customer service.

Organization needs met for any setting. Most things are set up so you can see exactly how the will benefit your space. Love

The staff were extremely helpful. They wrapped all of our purchases and even loaded the car. They have a very nice selection of storage and organizational supplies and furniture. The prices are a little on the high side, but the quality is usually a bit better than similar stores. The check out can also be very busy on nights and weekends.

Terrible layout, great customer service. A couple brought their dog in on a leash. Odd and cumbersome as the store was busy. Maybe a policy should be established (I say this owning 2 dogs of my own).?

Best service and selection of home organizing and storage products.  I am also always surprised that their prices are as low or lower than larger department type stores and online retailers.  Way easier to shop and find what you need here than at Target or Amazon.
