Quality bikes, excellent service, expert staff-HIGHLY recommend! I've owned a few different e-bikes but struggle with quality bikes that last and good service. I'd only heard about this company in April, but by August I realized that this brand of bike was exactly what I needed to maintain my car-free lifestyle. Ann and Craig are responsive via email and in person and I cannot say enough good things about my e-bike purchase experience. Thank you, thank you!!

MOST FUN RIDE YOU'LL EVER HAD! My friends and I were curious to see what it would be like to ride with a little boost here and there - thinking that it would just be an easier version of riding a regular bike. NOT TRUE. It's next level. You won't want your time to end. And everyone at the store, especially Craig, was super helpful. Easy to book online, helped us understand how to use, even had a nice basket on one of the bikes for our stuff. TRY ONE - you'll probably end up like me and planning how to eventually buy one!

I have not been able to ride a bicycle comfortably for several years due to joint issues, and haven't attempted a ride in over a year. I just purchased a Pedego Ebike last Thursday, went for a 14 mile ride on Saturday and a 30 mile ride on Sunday with absolutely no pain (neither during nor afterwards). It is fabulous. What freedom! I love this bike. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys biking but feels constrained by physical limitations. The owners at the Pedego ebike store in Minneapolis are great. Very friendly, very helpful, and they know their bikes.

First of all, just looking in the window and I thought what cool looking bikes. It turns out they are electric assisted bikes which I really didn't know what that was all about. Then Ann and Craig the owners who have actually been in the bike business for years in Owatonna, set us up for a test ride right outside the store. OMG we felt like Harry Potter only on a bike. What a gas. Most fun ever on a bike and we put money down on one. The problem is which one. The colors are cool, and so many types. They intuitively knew what one was perfect. On Fathers' Day I walked out to go feed our goats ( yes goats!) and there was this beautiful Copper colored Pedego Interceptor sitting in the yard. Felt like a kid at Christmas. Actually, made me teary eyed. My sweet wife, had secretly paid for it and surprised me. Its a beauty. Been to Grand Marais and explored all the hilly town streets and even ended up on a trail in the woods. Fun. Yes, and now I use it to go bottle feed our kids (Yes goats) Life is good! I highly recommend visiting the store on Chicago Ave. Fun!
