Story

A neighborhood bike shop. Located in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis at the corner of 44th and Zenith Ave So. The shop sells used and new bikes, full service includes tubes, tires, tune ups and complete repairs. The owner Tom Taylor is a certified Triathlon coach, bike fitter and offers compu-training.

Fantastic Service!!!  Bought a new bike for my wife and was very satisfied.  Also needed to get a wheel repaired.  Tommy did a fantastic job very quickly!!

I definitely wouldn't give this place my business again. While I was shopping the owner was all smiles and helpful. The bike I purchased was priced $100 over what it's worth, but I wanted to support my local bike shop so I bought it anyway. Within an hour after taking it home (and riding it four blocks) the handlebar tape started falling off and I realized how poorly it was wrapped. I brought it back the next day, asking for him to take a look at it and fix it up. He was short and unfriendly, informing me it'd cost $30 to put new tape on. Considering I had spent $550 the day before on the bike, I asked if he could at least try to fix it up. He rudely brushed me off and told me to come back later. I came back the next day, only to find his shop closed for the next two days. 
I later found out that he gave me incorrect information about the bike, before I purchased it. It was my fault for not doing extensive research beforehand, but I wasn't able to find anything online about the bike, because of the bad information he gave me.  I thought I could trust this local shop to be honest and sell me a quality product at a fair price. I was wrong. I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

I'm new to the neighborhood and procrastinated for weeks having my bike tuned up due to the typical hassle.  In under 10 minutes Tommy got my bike in order and me out the door with barely a dent in my wallet.  The service, the shop, and the convenience were top notch.  This will now be my go to shop.  Highly recommend!
