I was very excited to enjoy my free entree that was given with the new rewards app sign-up, but was disappointed by the restaurant’s cleanliness.  

When I arrived around 4PM on a rainy Thursday afternoon, there was only 1 guest eating, with 1 staff member taking a break at a booth and another staff member behind the cash register.  I placed my order quickly because the cashier rambled through the process as if there was a huge line and she needed to rush orders through, yet nobody else was in line!

While waiting for my food, I used the restroom and was disappointed by the cleanliness - dirty surfaces and floor, as well as urine around the urinals. 

When I returned to my seat, my food was waiting for me, but my order marker was still on the table.  

I went to get my drink and found a very sticky and dirty beverage and condiment counter, as well as empty lemon and lime containers.  

After getting my drink, I noticed how unkempt the dining room was.  Table rent advertisements were strewn throughout the room, tables and chairs were disorganised and tables and floors had food crumbs and dirt on them.  

The Pad Thai was tasty and was quickly deliveries, but other than that, I felt rushed, unwelcome and that I was eating in a filthy dining room.

Very nice little place; but, the new cooks are not so good. They used to have better cooks; foods used to taste way better, and better presented. Second time in two weeks, I get salty food. I still like them, but disappointed.

Great food.. but they've messed up my order twice. I was once charged more for a meal than what their pamphlet clearly stated the price would be. I was also given my meal without the meat I asked for. On a good note, they gave me an additional meal to take home.

Pei'd Wei too much for the food here. Greasy, flavorless, mediocre Americanized cuisine. Nothing special if you've ever eaten Asian literally anywhere else.  It's NOT as cost friendly as Chipotle or as tasty. 

We had plenty leftovers (the portions were okay in size) but with the taste? It all went to waste. I hate wasting food so it was super hard for me not to eat it but i just.....couldn't.

Good restt. Food was awesome, loved it. First time to this location. Went there around 4.30 pm. Restt was 1/3 packed. Went there to pick up online order. Was standing at the pick up place and i could see my order right in front of my eyes. No1 in front of me. I am the only person standing at online order pick up place. It took a while for a person to attend me. Told him just here to pick up an order (which was already paid online) the guy kept searching the order in the system. Later on he sees the receipt in my hand and realizes, Oh! Its already paid for... it took him a while to figure that out. Could have just checked the recipt or asked me in first place! He can definitely do better.
