When I needed to have new fixtures installed in 3 of my bathrooms I did not hesitate to call Penguin Air as I had previous contact with them and they always gave outstanding service. Josh Moore was the tech that appeared exactly on time today to do the necessary installation. He was polite, friendly and explained in full what was necessary to complete the job. I was amazed at how quickly he finished all 3 of them with new fixtures. Each time that I have dealt with Penguin Air, I am so pleased especially for their dependability, promptness, neatness & pleasant, friendly attitudes. I recommend them highly & will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

This was the second time that Anthony had been to my house, and I liked him very much. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He performed the semi-annual service check and everything was in good order. Also, answered many of my questions regarding adding an electronic filter pad to my system and also recommended a duct cleaning at the same time. I have a Penguin-installed Air Scrubber already, and he explained the benefits of having both systems working simultaneously. It was definitely NOT a high pressure sales and I went with the elec. filter & duct cleaning at a much reduced price for the second service. You've got a good guy there! I hope he comes to install the filter pad and for future service calls! LES JONES

We are extremely happy with Penguin Air & Plumbing. They were friendly and prompt in getting our needs met. On a day when it was 117 degrees outside, our air conditioning had stopped. We needed someone fast. They were able to send someone out practically right away. Our serviceman, Randy, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with our AC system. He fixed the immediate issue at hand quickly and efficiently. We will highly recommend this company, and Randy as well, to our friends and family!

I called Penguin Air and Plumbing to see about a water heater issue. They were completely booked for the month but Marcela put me on an emergency list. She scheduled me for the same day! Yay! Larry and Devin came out and were awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks guys!!

On a hot summer night in Phoenix, my air went out. I called several companies that claimed to offer 24/7 service. Penguin Air was the only company that actually got a technician to me. Steve was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly and sent me a detailed email follow-up for me to provide to the company that held my warranty. He was sympathetic and knowledgeable. I am due for a new unit this year, and I will definitely be consulting Penguin Air for my future needs. Thank you Steve!
