I would like to share my experience I had with Day and Night Plumbing. Josh Perry came to my Mothers house this weekend to replace her kitchen faucet. He was 15 minutes early and did a wonderful job, leaving my mothers kitchen clean and in prefect working condition. He explained her manufacturers warranty and helped me register the new Moen faucet. He also mentioned the advanced maintenance plan and in the future he will be coming back to flush the water heater and check all plumbing fixtures in the home..After all work was done, he went out of his way to check the water pressure which he said was exactly where it needed to be at 65. I would highly recommend this company and Josh's work to anybody in the future

Day and Night is an extremely professional service company. They are well run and all of their techs are extremely thorough. They truly offer 24/7 service. I would recommend them to my best friends. In addition I have not seen service people who speak about their company with such pride.

I have used Day & Night for some time to service our 2 commercial offices.  My experience has been that they are consistently efficient, honest, and know HVAC systems like pros.  Gabe, our commercial tech, is always on his game and has identified and resolved every issue that has come up.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Day & Night was my choice to purchase a new A/C from after meeting with four other companies.  This decision was based on my experience with them from my first call to schedule an appointment to the post-installation check-up.  The professionalism, knowledge, integrity, passion and care for their customer was evident throughout the process with every representative I had the pleasure to meet/talk with within their organization.   

A huge thank you to Marc, Troy, Josh H., Wylie, Brenda and Ronnie for confirming I made the right decision with no regrets!    

An extra thank you to Ronnie for the post installation follow-up and getting everything set-up today and thank you Marc for stopping by to make sure I was happy with the outcome (which I am!).

I highly recommend Day & Night to anybody looking for a quality, top notch organization that truly care about their customers.

We bought this unit in June 2015 (we had an evap - swamp - cooler prior to that time). While they were installing the AC, they discovered why our swamp cooler wasn't working very well - the duct had rusted through and fallen apart. No problem. They temporarily repaired the duct with a large piece of sheet metal to get us by for 24 hours until they could return and replace the duct work. They did this and the unit has worked without fail since then. 
Ricky and Kyle are the two technicians who come out every 6 months and check the unit and clean the coils. They do an exceptional job. They put covers on their shoes / boots to protect our carpet when they are in the house. They have programmed the thermostat, and this last trip, they set it up for control from my wife's new smart phone. They had offered at first to do that, but we refused since nobody in my household owned a smart phone. 
I was trying to think of a suggestion for them to improve their services, but I am drawing a complete blank. I am completely "satisfied is not a strong enough word," maybe thrilled would be the word to use. I am thrilled with their expertise and friendliness.
