Kyle was awesome! He went through all the checks he was doing and why they had to be checked. Glad he pointed out the stuff he did as now I know what to keep an eye out for. I was surprised at the extra professionalism he demonstrated with my unending barrage of questions. Keep up the great work you guys do at Sunny Plumber and specially to Kyle Thanks again!!!

Company extremely professional and not pushy,  but " insistant" on doing what is needed to solve the problems.  Thus protecting the home for the future.  Installer, Eric, was absolutely top notch in ability to diagnose and creatively solve the problem. Total cost was a lot more than I planned,  but quality of work the best. By the way, the free sunglasses were top quality l, too.

Customer service was good and the sales-people were friendly, which helped make my dad trust them so that they could gouge their prices more effectively and take advantage of an old man.  They charged 10 grand to take out a concrete shower and vanity, made five holes in drywall trying to find a pipe (then not patch it up). They cut the electrical wiring to half of the house (then their subcontractor came and did an incredibly poor job of drywall patchwork after fixing the electrical. Then they broke the oven door to the stove. They promised they’d either replace the oven door or replace the stove but we haven’t heard anything from them. At least they did three things right that they were originally paid for: install the tub, fix the gas leak, and replace some of the pipes. But they left big holes in the drywall, a broken stove, a tub with exposed studs around it and no tile-work or anything, and no vanity.

With the work they did, it would be reasonable to expect that they charged at the most 5 grand, but 10 grand?! They are charging him for work they didn’t do! At 10 grand, I would have expected they were going to entirely re-vamp the bathroom, but they didn’t! On top of the 10 grand, dad had to hire other contractors to finish the work Sunny Plumbers and their subcontractors were supposed to do! And he still hasn’t heard back about the broken stove.

Just listening to the annoying radio commercials is enough. Everytime I hear that commercial I turn the radio off. 
I would and will never call sunny plumbing for anything just because of those stupid annoying commercials.
