Peter is efficient, thorough and ensures what needs to be done is done properly making sure the work area is clean upon completing the job.  It is obvious he is customer oriented as he makes certain the client is totally satisfied before leaving the property.  He is a real asset to Parker & Sons and I would definitely ask for him if there was a need for service in the future.  

I do not know the names of the others assisting Peter as I don't recall seeing them wearing name tags.  However, any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.  I was most pleased how clean the work area was after the job was completed.  No complaints there.  The only criticism I have is that a multi-colored solar light was broken and neatly disposed of that I wasn't aware of until after the crew left.  In the overall scheme of things it isn't a big deal; however, it is disappointing that I wasn't informed about the incident before the crew left the property.  At any rate, I would recommend Parker & Sons for any plumbing services needed.

We were very pleased with our experience with Hunter from Parker & Sons.  They were on time, even early, and quoted the price (although a little steep in my opinion for faucet installation even with 10% off for scheduling online.) The warranty for service and professional manner in which Hunter handled himself was perfect and gives peace of mind of work done.  Yes, he wore feet protection and was done in an hour.  Hunter spoke very highly of Parker &  Sons' business model and values. Thank you. We will use you again in future.

We had to have extensive sewer pipe repair, and Cole, the supervising plumber, did an amazing job.  He showed up on time, worked tirelessly, exhibited a wonderful attention to detail, and best of all, communicated with us extensively throughout the process.  He showed up when he said he would, we always knew what was going on, he shared the photos of our project with us, and he even went above and beyond his duties by purchasing paint for us to touch up a part of our stucco which was damaged during the digging process.  He is also arranging for our sidewalk to be repaired after having to be completely removed for the sewer pipe project.  Cole was knowledgeable, diligent and personable, and it was a pleasure meeting and working with him, even under the circumstances.  Parker & Sons is the best!

My neighbor recommended Parker and Sons. They did a great job at repairing water leak in front lawn. James F. (Jim) was very good and very nice. He explained the process and was very helpful. He is very good. My neighbor swears by this company and uses them for their different plumbing and other household needs. Great company.

Parker and Sons has done a wonderful job at our home once again. This company never fails to amaze me with their representatives. Each technician whether it's electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water softener, etc. exemplifies a high level of skill. Their staff always arrives on time with a diamond attitude. It's such a pleasure to deal with a company that sends out only the best technicians available. They are always clean honest and trustworthy. What a pleasure it is to do business with a company that puts you 1st.
