Straightforward and knowledgeable plumbing company. I had an unexpected sewer line issue for which I first called another plumbing company, who gave me a predatory quote for repair. API came out same day and gave me a much more reasonable quote and made the repair right away. The plumbers on site were knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They made the repair and left a clean work area. I had a receipt for payment in my inbox before they left. Thanks guys!

Incredible customer service and job performance! Bill came out to our home to give us a price and he was so kind, respectful, patient and professional. His pricing was close to one other company, but we chose him because he was much more knowledgeable and made us comfortable about the work. Nick also did the work and was also amazing to communicate with. Everything was done to perfection, and exactly how we wanted. They also gave us advice and helped us make decisions. Clean up was immaculate. Here's a list of what they did for us:
Convert kitchen stove from electric to gas.
Remove old kitchen sink and faucet, install new sink and faucet. 
Install RO spout and air switch in kitchen sink.
Remove three toilets and install new toilets.
Install new shower head in master shower.
Change water heater from electric to gas.
Install recirculating hot water pump.
Install water softener.
Remove pedestal sink and install a new sink & faucet with cabinet.

Came out to my house to assess my setup and recommended a product.
We set up an install date and the came out when they said and did a great install. AJ was my installer and was very professional. Thank You Bill and API Plumbing.

The lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded like I bothered her with my phone call, Get someone who understands customer service to answer the phones.

I flushed my Rinnai tankless water heater per manufactures instructions and ended up with no hot water this weekend. I am contractor myself and tried everything I could to fix it on my own with absolutely no luck. Finally on a Sunday evening after trying to convince my wife that a cold shower is a good thing :-) I caved and called API expecting to leave a message and I was shocked when Rick called me back before I had the chance. Rick was great, I explained what I did and he came out and fixed it in under an hour! Extremely helpful and fair. I found them on Rinnai website and glad I did, thanks!
