Went in to test drive and buy a Giant road bike. My size was in stock, including the color I wanted. All the staff for great, but especially Tia. She made my bike shopping experience pleasant and thorough. Please recognize your staff! Thanks I'll be back for more.

Everything used to be better.  Only ok now.

I 100% completely agree with Penn in Richfield.  If you need incidentals like parts, goo, cleaners, anything for the DIY, forget it.  Buy a bike and sure you get plenty of help.  I can you tell you though dear fellow customers, that not all Penn stores are like that.   Unlike Mike B, I am not going to change my allegiances from Trek, I do often go out of my way to not have to be an unseen customer at this store.   But I do completely understand where he is coming from.  If you like Penn Cycle try another store.  There is plenty of room for both Penn and Eriks which I also frequent.

Felt neglected as I was shopping for new gear, no one helped after the initial intro and after even standing by counter, I left as it didn't feel worth my time to shout into the back to ask for help.
