Had mechanical problems with my brake lever, shifter.   The mechanic, Mike, was friendly and  helpful.   This is the best bike shop around.  Staff is awesome !

Very pleasantly surprised by the service department here. Very friendly and informative about needed work on my ride. Felt the prices were fair too.

Went back again for work on the road bike after 4000+  miles and the bike was ready earlier than promised from it's overhaul and  was nicely cleaned (cleaner than when I brought it in). I have found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful!

Penn is the best "chain".  Much more of a local bike shop than a chain.  Great people who aren't there to sell you something, but help you find what you actually want.
